Since joining in 2009, Tori has worked with Nick to define the company’s strategic approach to behaviour change, helped establish our design processes and overseen the design of all our products and services. She manages all our external and internal graphic designers, animators, photographers and web designers, directing the look and feel of all our products and finding innovative ways of making them lovable. She also is in charge of planning comms campaigns to put our products on the radar of our target audiences.
Tori has sat on the jury for both the RSA and D&AD Student Awards, been profiled in the book Design Transitions and her team has won Google Impact, Nesta New Radical, Webby, and Tech4Good awards.
Tori did an Art Foundation Course, read Classics at the University of Cambridge and undertook postgraduate studies in Art Direction and Copywriting for Advertising, after which she worked in the creative department of London advertising agency WCRS for several years, where she won numerous industry awards. She uses her understanding of commercial consumer products to build user value into our behaviour change products and services.
In her spare time, Tori can be usually be found at Stepney City Farm, where she is Trustee and enjoys growing vegetables.
