Hayley

Hayley is our Managing Director. She leads We Are What We Do’s strategy team alongside CEO Nick Stanhope, and oversees day to day activities across all operations.

Prior to joining We Are What We Do, Hayley spent nine years as a lawyer in London, Singapore and Sydney, specialising in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Hayley represented clients from various industries throughout Europe, the US, Asia and Australia.

Hayley brings her previous experience in problem-solving, project management and communication to her current role, working with the team at We Are What We Do to provide innovative and effective solutions to a wide range of clients.

In her spare time Hayley enjoys travelling under various pseudonyms, including the notorious “Mrs Butts”.
