    Our latest project looks at youth obesity in urban environments, finding innovative ways of tackling the negative role fried chicken shops play on the diets of young people. We’re not planning on banning these local favourites, but working with their popular formula and finding ways of dramatically improving their impact on health, as well as the environment, animal welfare and the local community.
